I have been a bit more active on this site lately. I remain genuinely shocked at the vile names and insults from total strangers that get sent my way. Do they really think calling me an idiot, a liar or much worse is going to accomplish anything?

This is devastating. A dedicated park ranger, fired overnight, left wondering how to support his family. Public servants shouldn’t be political casualties. Our national parks and the people who protect them deserve better. #ProtectPublicService #NationalParks

Really stupid idea on so Many levels. I am not able to drive these days. Will there be exceptions to folks like me? What about people in rural areas trying to access medical care. I can’t think of a single reason why this is a good idea or how it will save money.

With regards to the terrible chants at Arizona last night, I wonder how folks might feel if words such as Jew, Black or Gay were substituted for Mormon. Discrimination is wrong at any level. For the record, I’m a practicing Catholic.
