FOI response from BCP Council Confirms that Phil Broadhead was the only Councillor found to be claiming discount, the underpayment was an error on Broadhead’s part, the sum has been repaid, that a £70 fine was added and that BCP have been in contact with Dorset Police.

The Government has announced today that it will standardise the Cabinet and Leader Model in local authorities, which is sensible. The existing Mayors in England that represent local authorities will continue, but no more will be created:
