Pregnant women in the 1st trimester are often excluded from clinical research. The Phase 3 SAFIRE clinical trial, funded by Global Health EDCTP3 & SBFI SEFRI SERI, will evaluate antimalarials in early pregnancy. MMV is thrilled to co-sponsor this trial w/ LSTM to support global maternal health.

Le 4 oct. 24, Pr patrick mitashi a assisté à la clôture d’ATRAP1 à l’INRB, dédié à la lutte contre les maladies transmises par les vecteurs aquatiques (mollusques). Le lancement d’ATRAP2, avec un volet de recherche sur l’eDNA pour identifier les vecteurs du paludisme, a aussi eu lieu.
