I believe work life balance is a myth. Rather the key is to find rhythm and be engaged when you are at work and engaged when you are home. Invest in relationships where you are and you’ll feel more energized at work and home. You won’t have balance but you’ll be fulfilled.

When I was a little boy, I sometimes cried myself to sleep on the floors of homeless shelters, doubting things would ever get better. Today, even on your worst day, you can be a kid's best hope.

Three things you control every day are your ATTITUDE, your EFFORT and your ACTIONS. It doesn’t matter what others are doing or who you think is being unfair. Every day you can focus on being positive, working hard and making others around you better.

SUCCESS is often measured by comparison to others. EXCELLENCE, on the other hand, is all about being the best we can be and maximizing our gifts, talents and abilities to perform at our highest potential. Pursue excellence in 2020!
