In my latest #Broncos podcast powered by Hoggatt Injury Law, I discuss how Sean Payton is giving off Mike Shanahan vibes. And folks, can we stop selling low on Bo? My pod is made possible by the great folks at Mile High Sports . youtu.be/O44tGBBaXrg

Should get update on status in this presser. Is he healthy enough to coach? Or does he need time to recover? His health has to be top priority

With Ryan McMahon off to the Bronx, is Kyle Karros now the future at third base for the Rockies? Kyle Newman caught up with Colorado's rising prospect earlier this week: trib.al/bsBpVQm

#Rockies wisely trade Ryan McMahon. Too bad it was a year late. My weekly Renck&File column: denverpost.com/2025/07/25/rya…

Nik Bonitto and Jonathon Cooper have only continued to add power to blinding speed-rushes. Rookie Que Robinson continues to blast into Denver’s backfield on roughly half his reps. trib.al/psgg8K6

Scouting, player development, analytics matter. These teams win in margins. Not always. But clearly have vision and profile for players that gives them better chance at big league success

Meanwhile, Charlie Condon has 5 HRs and 33 RBIs in 59 minor league games this season. He’s in Double-A now. Too early to make a judgment but #Rockies desperately need his power to show up. It is a non-negotiable for a player where he was picked in draft that will man a corner

Agree. I would have taken Jac Caglianone over him. And said as much before draft. He has struggled in bigs, but love his power ceiling. Condon has the talent. I know he has dealt with wrist issues/surgery. But #Rockies really need his power to show up. A strong finish in Double-A

Larry Walker's one meeting with Ozzy Osbourne was classic Ozzy. “I went backstage and said hello to him, and he signed my lanyard and pass, ‘To Larry: You are really good at soccer.' It was perfect.” From Troy Renck trib.al/CgIrzfp
