For people in and around Kent, we will be performing this masterpiece as part of the lead up to Easter. This music is later than my usual Tudor offerings, but I guarantee you will love it!

Anne Boleyn’s book of hours at Hever is only open at this page once a year for a day. On the 19th of May, the day that she was silenced, her words are proudly displayed for all to see. It was a privilege to be there again this year singing as Anne on such a poignant day.

Anne Boleyn casually practising her harp at Hever Castle I’ve realised it is HARD to play the harp wearing a full gown. The foresleves end up touching the strings - so I’ve had to remove them. It’s also harder to keep the instrument balanced so I may need to invest in a stand!

o dolce nocte - verdelot It wasn’t just English music that was popular at the Tudor court. Influences from across Europe contributed to a rich and varied musical life. In this case, we have a beautiful song from Italy! Featuring Jay Britton and James Bramley
