It's been a while to say the least. I'm healthy now and ready to start the season strong. Thanks to Track & Field Throws Coach Nels, I increased my pr to 168 after taking some criticism, along with a thorough analysis of my rotational technique.

Wow. Finally broke the 170 mark with a throw of 173'3". Track & Field Throws Coach Nels has helped me make absolutely astonishing exponential progress over the past few weeks. Can't want for the first meet of the season on friday!

Practices have been amazing. Had 4 throws over 170 today, and hit a PR of 177'10". Could not have done it without Track & Field Throws Coach Nels. Working through every minute detail that he provides me advice with has increased my distance exponentially lately. I cannot wait for my next meet.

165'6:🥇 Great meet today! Finally getting better with my orbit and keeping my head up coming out of the back of the ring. Overall, happy with my performance, though I did scratch a 170+ throw!! Just something to work on. I have so much more in the tank. Track & Field Throws Coach Nels Thank you.

Moving on to Texas relays. I'm really excited for the competition there. Have been stuck in the 160s in my meets, but I've been working really hard to have a breakthrough. Hopefully, I can hit 180 at Austin.

A little late, but this was my district meet, and I threw a 13ft PR of 178'1. Thankful for my family, Track & Field Throws Coach Nels, and my dad for helping me through the recent rough period in the personal and competition side of my life. Looking forward to area. I have a lot more in the tank.

179'2 PR🥇 Series: 166 174 177 Had some big technical improvements thanks to Track & Field Throws Coach Nels and my dad working with me. Had a week full of high 170s and 180s in practice. Picking up shot put too. I enjoy it and am making some quick progress. Throwing mid 40s. 50' & 190' coming soon

Shot is going great so far! I am starting to love it! Threw some mid 40s today and had a practice PR of 46! I know 50' is coming soo soon. Even though this is my 5th practice with shot, I'm looking forward to competing at a high level. Oh, I also hit 3 180+' ft throws in disc.

187’8 🥇 PR at AAU district to warm up for nationals at Oregon next week‼️ So many good technicalities are working out after hours of practice and thousands of throws. I’m really excited to see where I’m at next year with my dad and Track & Field Throws Coach Nels continuing to help me. 200’ soon…

3 event oractice today. Hammer is still new but I really enjoy it even though it feels super awkward. Shot is going pretty good, staying consistently in the mid 40s finally. Disc is amazing as of recent thanks to Track & Field Throws Coach Nels and my dad. 180s all practice and finally hit a mid 190

Little late, but regionals was successful. Hit 187'6 again for 🥇. also qualified in shot put with a 43'2. Scratched a 195+ in disc. Just have to replicate it again at Junior Olympics. Next stop: Iowa
