There have been multiple transnational burglaries in Oakland county in the last week. Please increase your neighborhood situational awareness, use your alarm if you have one and call on anything suspicious.

Caution: Down wire across the side walk on Telegraph Road at Meadow Way.

The roads are icy in Bloomfield Township. Please travel at slower speeds and allow ample spacing between vehicles. We are diligently working on salting!

Eastbound and westbound Lone Pine at Telegraph Road are SHUT DOWN due to black ice. Telegraph Road (northbound and southbound) between Quarton and Long Lake are also extremely icy. Please avoid both areas while we work on salting the roads to make them safe to travel.

Lone Pine/Telegraph are open again. Roads have been salted but please use caution while driving.

There has been a pedestrian vs. vehicle crash on northbound Telegraph at Long Lake. Traffic is backing up. Please avoid the area and take a different route while we investigate.

Northbound Telegraph at Long Lake is back open and traffic is cleared.

Passengers of a vehicle crash near Wing Lake/Quarton fled the scene on foot. As a precaution as a precaution schools in the area were put on 'Shelter in Place' while officers checked the area. There were no direct threats to any of the schools.

At this time all suspects have been taken into custody.
