All 5 tips are great but we particularly like number 5. All walkers and runners are welcome down at Tyne Green. Come along dressed appropriately and don't forget to bring a smile knowing you are out in the fresh air exercising at 9am on a Saturday.

This coming Saturday 3rd June, Tyne Green is cancelled due to Hexham rowing regatta taking place. Just the one week so back on the 10th. Some of the core team are making their way to Whitley Bay parkrun for a spot of tourism. Have a great weekend and we'll see you soon.
