Super happy to see someone finally looking into this type of #ILD that we often see in clinic! Looks very bad ("florid" honeycombing) but behaves less aggressively than IPF (more like emphysema). Could be autoimmune. Nice presentation by Vasilios Tzilas at #ICLAF2024

This presentation really made me think about the need to study what happens in people living with IPF who are "non-progressors" (carry a diagnostic label of IPF but are not really getting worse). Very interesting Vasilios Tzilas
