#ModelAngelo is fantastic! I tried a 12mer glutamine synthetase (GS) map (2.4Å) with 1 copy of GS sequence. It generated a perfect 12mer structure (red) with only 0.8 Å (backbone) RMSD to my manually refined structure (blue). (1/3)
