Last week, University at Albany hosted the annual Albany Law Enforcement Resolution Team (ALERT) Summit. The summit brings together senior law enforcement officials with community leaders to discuss some of the most pressing issues facing Capital Region residents.

Congratulations to UAlbany Esports and Coach John Macone for hosting today's amazing high school Esports tournament. Over 100 competitors representing 16 different school districts had the opportunity to compete in today's high school invitational. Gaming has never been so fun!

Today's Pine Hills Clean Up with NYS Assemblymember Gabriella A. Romero, Councilman Owusu Anane, Kathy Sheehan, Senator Patricia Fahy, and Pine Hills Neighborhood Association was a great success! Last weekend, UAlbany had the pleasure of participating in Serve Albany's Annual Egg Hunt in Washington Park. Our student volunteers and community relations team had a great time supporting the hundreds of kids and families who braved the weather to attend the event.
