📚✨ Today we hosted the launch of Atlas of the Irish Civil War: New Perspectives, a collaboration between UCC Ireland and National Library of Ireland, that sheds new light on one of the most complex periods in Irish history. The book has an introduction by President Michael D. Higgins.

As Joe Lee’s first post-graduate student History at UCC in the 1970s, I was delighted to be asked to contribute to this volume in his honour which will be published next month.
