Electrophysiologist Dr. Andrew Beaser and his colleagues recently launched pulsed field ablation (PFA) at UChicago Medicine. PFA is an innovative new technology which uses electrical fields to treat and neutralize atrial tissue that can give rise to atrial fibrillation (AFib).
