Despite the crazy week in Emergency Medicine, we were able to come together for a day of wellness and education for our Inaugural Wilderness Medicine Race. Further, we were able to collaborate with our friends across town at @OTownEM, which is always a good time!

We found out on Monday that we matched a full group of new EM physicians to join our team! Now, we’re excited to finally know who they are! Congratulations and welcome to the family!

At implementation, our goals were to create a cultural shift to increase appreciation for the research process and to increase the number of publications disseminated by our program

We went from 1 peer-reviewed publication in 2017 to 65 in 2022 (huge for our program of only 7 residents per year)
