Yesterday, together with #oralhealth advocates, we explored steps to reduce sugar consumption to prevent oral diseases & other NCDs at the WHO Global Oral Health Meeting 🦷. We also discussed ways to strengthen our advocacy efforts ahead of the UN #HLM on NCDs FDI World Dental Federation



🚀This week in Bangkok, history was made as over 350 Member States, United Nations Agencies, and non-state actors attended the first-ever World Health Organization (WHO) Global Oral Health Meeting. 🎉MS adopted the landmark #BangkokDeclaration, which promises to transform #oralhealth into a global health priority.


We are pleased to see that the World Health Organization (WHO) Bangkok declaration on #oralhealth was adopted. Paula Vassallo was present at this landmark meeting. The Declaration seeks to guarantee oral health as a human right& improve access to oral health care by integrating it #UHC packages EUPHA
