Yes 👇 this is the problem. Physical health care skills are important, but some of them come at the expense of interpersonal/MH skills. Meaning MH nurses are not fully equipped with the skills they need as MH nurses Dr Dan Warrender Mental Health Deserves Better: #MHDeservesBetter UCLan Mental Health

Thanks for highlighting the issue Dr Sarah 💙💛. Mental health nurses need to graduate with good relational skills, not wait until after qualifying to maybe get some CPD. How can we expect quality care without quality education? Nursing and Midwifery Council we are still waiting for a serious response
