        Yes π this is the problem. Physical health care skills are important, but some of them come at the expense of interpersonal/MH skills. Meaning MH nurses are not fully equipped with the skills they need as MH nurses Dr Dan Warrender Mental Health Deserves Better: #MHDeservesBetter UCLan Mental Health
 
         
         
        Perfect end to the wk discussing empathy and the therapeutic relationship with year 1. then Comensus at UCLan session with second years. So important to learn from peoples lived experiences. And obvious learning taking place in front of our eyes Janet Garner
 
        Thanks for highlighting the issue Dr Sarah ππ. Mental health nurses need to graduate with good relational skills, not wait until after qualifying to maybe get some CPD. How can we expect quality care without quality education? Nursing and Midwifery Council we are still waiting for a serious response
