Thursday is UCSB Give Day, a 36-hour online fundraising event. Last year, w/ your help, more people donated to UCSB History than any other department in UCSB Humanities and Fine Arts. We are proud & honored to enjoy that distinction, & hope to repeat the achievement! 👉 history.ucsb.edu/events/give-da…

Would you look at that! We always knew UCSB History was No. 1. 🤓 Let's keep it that way! Every donation helps: tinyurl.com/yn9yuw53 cc: UC Santa Barbara UCSB Humanities and Fine Arts

After 14 hrs, UCSB History still tops the UCSB Humanities and Fine Arts list. But we see you, UCSB Classics. 👀 With 22 hrs to go, every contribution matters. Please consider donating to the History Associates Graduate Fellowship. Donate: tinyurl.com/yn9yuw53 #santabarbara #ucsbgiveday #ucsb

We could not publish your research without our UCSB History graduate student peer reviewers. So this matters as much to them as it does to us. If you or someone you know can donate, please do so. 🙏 tinyurl.com/yn9yuw53

Let's finish this strong, Team History! 💪 With 3 hrs left, we have nearly twice the number of donations as the next UCSB Humanities and Fine Arts department, and History Associates has the most of any community organization! 🙏 Donate: tinyurl.com/yn9yuw53 #UCSBGiveDay #ucsb #SantaBarbara

UCSB history professor and director of CCWS at UCSB, Salim Yaqub, called his latest book, Winds of Hope, Storms of Discord, a “fresh look” on U.S. history since 1945 at a recent event hosted by UCSB History, as it chronicles recent events to help explain the past.
