Professor of Psychiatry Lisa Eyler, Ph.D., was recently awarded $2.3 million to launch a BD2 Integrated Network site at UC San Diego. The initative's collaborative research and clinical care model will improve care, interventions & outcomes for people living with bipolar disorder.

Researchers from UC San Diego School of Medicine found that Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (MORE) can help rewire the brain’s response to natural healthy pleasure, leading to reduced opioid cravings. MORE could be a promising tool in the fight against #OpioidUseDisorder.
