It was wonderful listening to Dr. Julia Maxson speak about epigenetic dysfunction in leukemias today. After the seminar, CCB graduate students joined Dr. Maxson for lunch and learned to not let fear get in the way of trying. Thank you for your talk, mentorship, and wise words!

So excited to finally see my PhD work from the #GajewskiLab published in Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer ! This work supports a notion that our lab has been increasingly interested in: can loss-of-function SNPs associated for autoimmunity be a new source for novel checkpoint blockade targets? 1/n

We had wonderful discussions at our first joint work-in-progress session with UChicago Committee on Immunology! We can't wait to create more collaborative spaces for our graduate students and scientists in the future.
