Today, The School District of Palm Beach County athletic trainers and directors received education about properly managing youth athlete concussions. This education is vital to ensuring our ADs and ATCs remain the first line of defense to keep youth athletes safe in high school sports. 💪

Very sad and unexpected news. Jason Jenkins' leadership made Miami Dolphins Foundation & Community Relations champions for a unified South Florida community; a catalyst working to "support real change." Our staff extend our deepest condolences.

Congratulations to Jacob Griffin, UConcussion’s very first research fellow! Jacob was just accepted to UM Medical School, where he’ll begin in fall 2023, following his fellowship here. Thanks to him, a decade of our concussion surveillance data has been streamlined for research.

This week's concussion workshops continue, this time in Palm Beach with the ATCs and ADs of The School District of Palm Beach County at Wellington High School. Like Miami-Dade, we're providing the region's schools with the latest in concussion management protocols for the safety of youth athletes.
