FDA Approves First Medication for Obstructive Sleep Apnea fda.gov/news-events/pr… Tirzepatide, a GLP-1 agonist, is now FDA approved for moderate to severe OSA in adults with obesity. Based on data from 2 RCTs that showed improved AHI from baseline. Good to know for #MASLD pts

We had an excellent esophageal conference on the management of caustic ingestion presented by chief fellow Dr. Nguyen ✨ Zargar Classification (Endoscopic grading): ⬆️grade assoc. with ⬆️ risk of stricture formation & perf! 2B+: EGD for SCC screen q2-3y after 10y of ingestion
