The Uganda Energy Credit Capitalisation Company, in partnership with the Government of Uganda and the World Bank, is today launching the Price Subsidy Program under the Electricity Access Scale-Up Project (EASP) in Rugaaga-Isingiro , on of Uganda’s key Refugee Hosting Districts.
