At StandUp today we heard how Emergency Medicine have used UHCWi tools in their improvements, Adrian and Kyle spoke about improvements made with 4 hour performance in CED and Liz and Sharon fed back on a recent Kaizen Event focusing on Pressure Ulcer Prevention with the ED.

Today's Kaizen event is focusing on a 5s of the datix form for No/Low harm incident reporting. Our team consists of staff from across the organisation coming together to remove the unnecessary information and design a new template. #BetterNeverStops #QI
