Our keynote speech came from Adam Hug who leads Westminster City Council and Local Government Association (LGA) on the absolutely vital Local Infrastructure and Net Zero Board. He led on delivery and opportunities coming from the Spending Review and Warm Homes Plan for communites up and down UK #BeyondTargets.
