A big thanks to Amy H. Liu for having lunch with our capstone students after her research talk for the UKy Dept of Poli Sci yesterday. We enjoyed hearing about your research and are thankful for all the advice you had for our students.

Congratulations Peace Studies Alum, Eli Bradshaw (Eliot Bradshaw, M.S.), who just accepted a contract role with the DC Fusion Center in their new Threat Assessment Center! She is pictured here with Peace Studies Alum, Emma Goldsby, who will be interning at the same center. Go UK PCE!

A huge thank you to UK Peace Studies for doing such a great job preparing me for my future! The program was one of my favorite parts of my undergraduate experience.

Another Peace Studies alum just accepted an awesome position. Congratulations, Olivia Bloss (olivia bloss)! During her time at UK, Olivia wrote an impressive Peace Studies capstone on how protest shapes legislation and presented it in DC.

Peace Studies is excited to host Dr. William Spaniel (William Spaniel) this week! He will be giving a talk on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War. Dr. Spaniel is an expert on interstate conflict and is a successful content creator. We are lucky to have him join us Thursday.

Had a big audience and great time talking about the war. Thanks to Jesse C. Johnson for inviting me out to University of Kentucky!

Yesterday's talk by William Spaniel was awesome! We had a big crowd and a number of students that wanted to meet Dr. Spaniel and ask him about the Ukraine War!
