Last month the UK participated in the 16th edition of SIAM Maroc with 8 companies and over 25 B2B meetings. Relations between our two kingdoms 🇬🇧🇲🇦 continue to grow, including in the agriculture sector, generating over £16M export wins in 2023.

Great convergence at the #SDPU workshop hosted by CNESTEN in Rabat🇲🇦on Pan-African water resource monitoring through nuclear tech. Since 2022, the #SDPU, a joint UK-US initiative🇬🇧🇺🇸, fosters collaboration via dialogue & capacity-building on peaceful nuclear applications.

Great discussion with Moroccan Minister for Transport and logistics H.E Abdessamad KAYOUH on further enhancing 🇲🇦🇬🇧bilateral cooperation and the exchange of expertise in key areas including rail, road, air, maritime, and airport transport.

Humanitarian workers have played a critical role in the response to recent crises in the Middle East. I’m delighted that the new Humanitarian Medal will recognise their admirable efforts to save lives and alleviate suffering, often in the most challenging of environments.
