Ambassador Mel Barlow attended a remembrance ceremony at the French military cemetery for #VEDay80, marking 80 years since Churchill declared the end of WWII in Europe. We honoured the bravery of veterans and remembered those who gave their lives for our peace and freedom.

Ambassador Mel met Health Minister Dr. Bounfeng to discuss UK-Laos health cooperation, the key health priorities for #Laos , the UK-ASEAN Health Security Partnership and ongoing AMR support through #FlemingFund. 2025 will mark #UKLaos70Years of partnership in health and beyond.
