Anyone stopping SSRI before hepatic resection? Just had a 👍🏻Michigan Surgery journal club on this HEPATOLOGY Journal paper SSRI -> ⬇️platelet serotonin ->⬇️hepatic regeneration SSRI ⬆️odds of post op liver dysfunction… BUT doesn’t address major risks of 🛑 depression treatment!
