We are excited to have our very own Elizabeth Vierling VierlingLab present our first seminar of the Fall this afternoon, "A career in stress: from chaperones to mitochondria". Thank you to Li-Jun Ma for hosting our @UMassBMB Distinguished Professor and National Academy of Sciences member!

This week, we are having a special seminar from the Cranberry Station in East Wareham, Massachusetts! Dr. Lee Kalcsits Lee Kalcsits, from Washington State University will give a presentation on identifying the root causes of bitter pit in apple. Oct.12, 3pm over zoom!

This week for PB seminar Dr. Gersony Jess Gersony (she|her) from Smith College will gave a talk! She runs the PLACE (PLant physiology, Art, and Community Engagement) Lab and focuses on plant physiological responses to climate change. Join us this Thur, Nov. 30, 4 - 5 pm in Morrill Rm 222.
