Anastomosing hemangioma arises in many sites. It is the most common mesenchymal tumor in end-stage kidney. It is unencapsulated, entrapping tubules and mimicking angiosarcoma (arrow). Unlike in healthy kidney, in end-stage kidney always has extramedullary hematopoiesis (arrow).

Myxoinflammatory fibroblastic sarcoma only rarely metastasizes and was initially reported using descriptive terminology. The appearance of the malignant fibroblasts and backdrop of eosinophils can mimic Hodgkin disease. PMID: 9578090.
