Industry 4.0 Skilling Programme was officially launched yesterday🎉 The UN Development Makerere University Lwera initiative marks a major milestone in Uganda’s drive to localize technology production, create jobs, and contribute to inclusive economic growth for years to come.


It is an honor to host UN Development #PartnersAtCore from #Korea🇰🇷 in Uganda, as they witness first-hand the transformational impact of their support on expanding livelihoods opportunities, strengthening social cohesion, building resilience, and empowering refugees and host communities.



Through #PartnersAtCore from #Korea🇰🇷, UN Development has built modern community markets in Adjumani, Lamwo and Obongi, created 10,000+ jobs through cash-for-work initiatives, provided vocational skilling opportunities, and built resilience of some of Uganda's most vulnerable communities.
