Particularly poignant moment to be in Viet Nam as the country marks 50 years since the end of the war. In my meetings with officials today, I thanked them for their countryโs commitment and support to United Nations Peacekeeping and global peace & security.


Thank you UNDP in Viet Nam and #VNMAC for hosting the moving exhibit of artworks by hundreds of children living in the areas most contaminated by landmines & explosive remnants of war. Support to #MineAction is critical to ensure #SaferFutures for these younger generations.
