To serve Africa better, we must first understand where we make the most impact. At the UN-Habitat Africa retreat, I called for a clearer picture of our value, showing how our work on the ground makes a difference for communities facing the challenges of rapid urban growth.

As we close the #OECPR & look ahead to #UNHA, today’s dialogue on multilevel governance showed the power of partnership. We reaffirmed that localizing the #SDGs is essential. Multilevel governance is the backbone of SDG localization & the heart of our new Strategic Plan.
