We can't wait to welcome back Napoleon McCallum to Sport LEAP next week! A former NFL player with the Las Vegas Raiders and a U.S. Navy officer, he now leads community development at Sands. His background in both sports and business will bring real-world knowledge to our guests.

Our mentorship program created a lasting impact! Mentor Cami and mentee Bella had an incredible experience together, including a job shadow day at Las Vegas Raiders HQ. Isabella met with Directors, toured the facility, and got her photo taken on the field!
