Today, Uganda declared the end of #EbolaOutbreak after less than 3 months. Since the outbreak was declared on 30 January 2025, World Health Organization (WHO) has worked closely with Ministry of Health- Uganda and partners to ensure a successful national response by deploying expertise, providing essential supplies,


In 2024, South Sudan faced its worst cholera outbreak in 20 years. In Delmet, Nyaruon—a single mother—fell ill after using floodwater to cook and drink. With support from CERF - The UN's emergency fund and UNICEF South Sudan, she now has access to clean water. Her story is one of many. 👇

The power of collective action! 💪 🥣 With emergency funding from CERF - The UN's emergency fund, WFP Namibia delivered commodity vouchers to families in Kavango East & West — a lifeline during Namibia’s worst drought in decades. More than food, this support has delivered dignity, choice & hope.
