Today we're highlighting Rosa Parks! She was a monumental leader of the civil rights movement, served as an investigator for the NAACP, and created the Committee for Equal Justice. This campaign helped Black women gain justice and support after being sexually assaulted.

Happy International Trans Day of Visibility! The perfect way to end this month is by highlighting Marsha P. Johnson. She was a trans/gay liberation activist and advocated for the trans community to be included in the gay rights movement.

It's Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Heritage Month! We wanted to shine a light on Chanel Miller, a Chinese-American writer, artist, and survivor. She wrote the memoir "Know My Name," and in it, she tells her story of being the survivor of the 2016 Brock Turner case.
