Eagle Pass North agents arrested another smuggler attempting to sneak 3 illegal aliens further into the country. Agents conducted an immigration inspection on a suspicious vehicle and arrested 3 Venezuelan nationals. The driver, an Illinois resident, now faces a felony.

Uvalde agents working train operations recently apprehended a group of 5 illegal aliens attempting to conceal themselves and get into the nation. One of the subjects is a confirmed gang member and will now face consequences.

Operational control of the border allows our agents to close EVERY route illegal aliens use to get into the country. Brackettville Agents tracked this group for around 10 hours through thick brush. All 3 are convicted criminals, which shows how important a secure border is.

Yesterday, in Quemado, TX, Del Rio Sector air boat teams were deployed to perform rescue operations due to flash flooding in the area. The high, swift-moving water levels shut down several highways, leaving many families stranded. Our teams were able to evacuate those affected.

We catch criminals, that’s the mission. Dimmit County Sheriff’s Office requested Border Patrol assistance to catch a criminal who escaped while being served a warrant for his arrest. Carrizo Springs agents successfully arrested him by tracking his movements through the brush.

While patrolling along the Rio Grande River, Carrizo Springs agents found fresh signs of people crossing illegally. Those tracks eventually led to a group of three illegal aliens attempting to get further into the country. One of them has multiple felony convictions.
