Investigators from U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia (Reading Division) and the NY/NJ Task Force (Camden Division) have arrested Shane Hennesy. At 6 a.m. Hennesy was taken into custody at his girlfriends residence in Morgantown, PA. He was wanted for sexually assaulting a child in Pine Hill, NJ.

Fugitive Ricardo Smith aka "Old Head Rick" was in hiding since Oct 4, 2023, when he was charged by Philadelphia Police Department with murder. The homicide by firearm took place Sept 20, 2023, in the 3100 block of Clifford St. Today U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia apprehended Smith in the 100 block of Wyneva St.

U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia has arrested another "Philly Most Wanted" homicide fugitive. Kamil Hoyle-Singleton, 35, has been arrested in the 3400 block of "J" Street. U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia and USMS Capital Area Regional FTF have arrested one of Montgomery County PA's "Most Wanted". Calvin Cheeze was apprehended in Richmond, Virginia, at 4:30pm. U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia arrested Hassan Nelson wanted for a violent April home invasion robbery that occurred in Ivyland Borough, Bucks County. After meeting on a dating website, the victim was pistol-whipped and robbed. Marshals are still seeking Daiquan Savage, 26, from Southwest Phila.

On May 19, Easton resident Brandon Perkins, 36, discharged a firearm multiple times at his wife and juvenile daughter in Wilson Borough, Northampton Co. A warrant for agg assault was issued and U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia arrested Perkins today in the 3200 block of Defense Terrace in Phila.

The second suspect in a violent Bucks County home invasion is in custody. Daiquan Savage surrendered to U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia deputies shortly after midnight. She was then transported to Northampton Township Police and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail, 10%.

Murder fugitive Khari Murphy, 26, was on the lam for more than 6 years. Today U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia arrested him in the 4300 block of Ridge Rd. in Trainer, PA. Murphy was wanted by Philadelphia Police Department for fatally shooting a 32-year-old man on the 2600 block of N. Chadwick St. on Sept 14, 2018.

The third and final suspect in a violent Bucks County home invasion robbery has been arrested. U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia arrested Savean Brown, 26, in the 2500 block of S. Robinson St in Phila. Brown was charged with robbery and related crimes for his role in the Northampton Twp incident.

Ricardo Henriquez-Carmona, a Dominican National, was arrested today by U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia and ERO Philadelphia in the 2900 block of Ruth St. He was wanted for violation of 8 U.S.C. 1326, Reentry After Deportation, and fled onto a roof and into another residence before being captured.

Today the USMS Eastern District of PA recognized Administrative Officer, Cheryl Lee, for being awarded the USMS Distinguished Service Award. This is the highest award granted by the Director to an employee to recognize major contributions to the accomplishments of the Agency.

Yesterday U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia determined Jamal Burkett was mistakenly released from CFCF on May 14. Burkett was previously sentenced to 192 months in federal prison for discharging a firearm at an Philadelphia Police Department officer in 2022. USMS took him into custody this morning in SW Phila.

Jason Nunez was arrested by U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia in the 1900 block of Castor Ave. Nunez was wanted by Warminster Twp. Police for operating a methamphetamine lab that caused an explosion on May 20th, 2024, in the 700 block of Lillian Lane. A warrant was issued for his arrest in October.

After 3 years on the run Philadelphia Police Department murder fugitive, Malik Williams, has been arrested. Williams was apprehended in Atlanta GA by members of the USMS Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He was wanted for a June 17, 2022 murder by firearm in the 600 block of Brooklyn St.

Murder fugitive Gerelys Sanchez-Reyes has been arrested in Madrid, Spain, based on info provided by U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia. A warrant had been issued for the stabbing death of a 21-year-old woman found stuffed inside a futon on April 5. She currently awaits extradition back to the U.S.

On Feb 22, Franche Bundy, 36, was injured during an attempted escape at the Kintock Group and then fled from Temple Hospital while being treated for injuries. U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia and PA Department of Corrections seek Bundy who is 5'5", 140 pds and frequents Broad and Lehigh. Tips to 1-866-865-8477.

On June 27th, Phu Nguyen, 35, displayed a firearm and robbed the Bank of Princeton in Voorhees Township, NJ. A warrant for robbery and weapon possession was issued July 1. This morning U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia and Horsham Police Officers arrested Nguyen in the 200 block of Easton Road.
