Both sides won today. The 1st XI chased down 108 winning by 8 wickets. Joe Genever 53* The 2nd XI won by 70 runs, bowling Kimbolton out for 144. Henry Lawson 4-13. Two more wins and the excellent form continues.

After today’s wins, Uffington’s 3 weekend sides are all positioned in 3rd position in their respective leagues. Their win percentage is over 70%. They celebrated today’s victories with a photograph in front of the pavilion. Up the Village.

Another good win for our Saturday XI. We bowled out the opposition for just 52 after good bowling from Ted Genever and Fin Bray (5-15 and 3-32 respectively). Earlier a great 50 from Michael Cade and 48* from Matthew Bailey set a challenging total.

Our 2nd XI are playing Oundle in the Rutland league We have been bowled out for 155. Fin Bray 5o* and his first weekend half century.

Final morning of All Stars 2025 today. Well done Matt Bailey for being lead this year. Great feedback from parents and hopefully 30 more kids funnelling through our juniors and into the senior sides in a decade or so time!

Unfortunately we lost the game, bowled out for 103 having been 57-1. Great game but very disappointing loss.
