2nd January 1982. 40 years ago today. Over 500,000 Ugandans were killed in Obote II/NRA war in a quest for peace and democracy in Uganda! Looking back, was it worth it?!!

This is what happens when sycophants are appointed to head institutions, instead of qualified, competent persons. The result is each of them now struggles to out-do the others in killing institutions. No single institution has been spared. We have a lot of work to do to rebuild.
