The Opening Ceremony of the Health, Emergency Action, & Leadership in Crisis Management (HEAL) Forum, organized by the Department of Public Health in partnership with the Lebanese Army, under the Patronage of H.E. General Joseph Aoun, President of the Republic of Lebanon.
