Try asking for help NOW—before you reach the point of exhaustion.

Pay attention to changes in attendance and engagement in activities. If you notice a difference, reach out with compassion to check in.

Although many things feel out of our control, setting your own intentions for the end of the year allows you to determine how you show up.

Create space in your life to show love and compassion to others who are responding to fear of the unknown in ways that are different than you.

Who has supported you this year? Express gratitude for them and make a commitment to continue to notice and say thanks. Who can you connect with in the coming weeks and months?

What lessons and insights do you want to take away from 2022? As you reflect consider joys, struggles, sorrows, change, and growth.

What brings you joy? Start the new year off right by planning at least one activity in the first several weeks that you love. Planning a few activities (vs. packing your schedule full), and planning them really well is an excellent resilience builder.
