The team were out this morning for the #uobefest campus 5k run! We were also running with the Uni of Birmingham Community Safety Team, the local Sgt and the Boss @JasonWathesWMP ! The Boss put us all to shame completing it in 21 minutes! 🤯 #footchase #engagement #cantcatchtheboss

Officers have been testing local pubs and bars in the area for their ‘Ask for Angela’ responses. Officers went in plain clothes and pretended to be on a date, one would then go to bar and ‘Ask for Angela’. We were very impressed by the way these were handled! #femalesafety

Today we say goodbye to PCSO Molly Houston, although she hasn’t been on the team long she’s made a real impact to student safety while at Uni of Birmingham We wish her the best of luck as she now moves on to start her PC career with West Midlands Police !
