Welcome to the MedRIFT Twitter! We are holding our first meeting of 2018 with an exciting demonstration of technology including VR and a robot! The meeting is taking place at the George Davies Centre in room 1.39 at 6pm, all students are welcome! We hope to see you there!

Winning the #JiscTop10 prize means we got an ed tech visit to the MedRIFT society Leicester Medical School this evening. Played with HTC VIVE and a Sanbot Elf. Lots of ideas bounced around potential uses in medical education. Always great to catch up with Damian Roland too!

[1/2] There is a free event being run by the Royal College of Surgeons with a focus on future technologies in surgery. This is a great a way to network (very important in any year of medical school!) and hear about the technology you might be using yourself in the near future.
