For the first time in program history, the UChicago Baseball team will head to a NCAA Tournament regional!

Final: Chicago 17, Beloit 7. The Maroons' football-score win earns them their first ever win in the playoffs. Their 27th win also makes them the winningest team in UChicago baseball history. They will take on the loser of Gustavus/Oshkosh in another elimination game at 3:30.

Well said, Coach! What a season. It is remarkable how fast a program can change with the right group. UChicago Baseball is on the map for good. Although my time with the Maroons has come to an end, I am beyond confident that seasons like these are the new norm for this program.
