I’m in the lab today processing samples from our #Glencoe2024 season. We float samples to separate light organic materials like charcoal and burnt seeds from heavier materials such as stones, and the silts, sands and clays which make it hard to find these!

Fantastic thought provoking UofG Archaeology seminar from Claire Nolan earlier this evening. There’s so much potential in archaeology for promoting wellbeing. It’s not just about looking to the past.
