Volodymyr Tretyak 🇺🇦 The idea of territorial exchange should be expunged from any of these discussions. Both the US and Russia signed an agreement that Ukraine's borders were sovereign and recognized -- in 1994. Allowing territorial exchange only encourages further wars of conquest.
