Congratulations to Logan on his continued success in Triathlons. He has qualified for the European Championships in Turkey as well as the World Championships in Australia. He also received the prestigious Matt Green Award From Craven Energy Triathlon Club.

Last night we have held our annual Presentation Evening to share and deliver prestigious awards to our former and current students who worked extremely hard over the past year. It's been a wonderful evening by all!

The first House team chess competition has reached its climatic final stage. Teams of four students have represented their houses and battled it out over the last few Mondays in lunchtime Chess Club. Official rules have been followed and referees employed to ensure fair play.

Year 7, 8 and 9 took part in the Smashed assembly this morning - learning about the dangers of binge drinking and how to manage peer pressure. An extremely informative production that was enjoyed by all students.

Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students filleting fish and making amazing hasselback potatoes. Brilliant work, not too many squirms!

Year 7 students had a fantastic trip to the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford this week to discover the world of Pinocchio. It was a good performance, enjoyed by all.

Year 7's enjoying wellness sessions over this half term, learning skills to build resilience, how to manage emotions and mindfulness.

Year 10 full course RE students in their last class of 2024 - revising and enjoying hot chocolate.
