The Consortium for Worker Education Astoria Worker Project and Know Your Rights program are responding dynamically to meet the needs of New York immigrant communities, providing ESL and workforce skills to recently arrived migrants.





Urban Upbound is proud to support our partners at Consortium for Worker Education, whom we collaborate with through the Jobs to Build on Initiative. This program offers vital job training and placement services in all five boroughs, and is supported by funding from the New York City Council.
